Freshness Engine ("the app") is operated by VibeOps ("we"). We act as a processor of the CRM data in your HubSpot portal, on your instruction, for one purpose: scoring and improving the quality of your own contact records.

What we access

Contact records in the HubSpot portal where you install the app: names, email addresses, company fields and record timestamps, under the OAuth scopes you approve at install.

What we store

OAuth tokens for your portal, encrypted in transit and stored in access-controlled storage. Contact data is processed transiently during scans and is not retained in our systems, resold, shared, or merged into any shared dataset.

Sub-processors

Amazon Web Services (hosting), Supabase (token storage), ZeroBounce (email verification — receives email addresses solely to verify deliverability).

Your rights

Uninstalling the app revokes access immediately. Email sk@vibeops.tech to request deletion of stored tokens or ask any data question; we respond within 30 days.
