Terms of Service

Effective: July 16, 2026

By installing Freshness Engine you agree to these terms.

Service. The app scores contact-data decay, detects duplicates and re-verifies email addresses in your HubSpot portal, writing results to contact properties.

Your data. Your CRM data remains yours. We process it only to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy).

Acceptable use. You must have the right to process the contact data in your portal. The service may not be used to build or resell contact databases.

Availability. The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim (zero for the free tier).
