Common questions

The scan hasn't run. The first scan starts within a minute of install; recurring scans run every 24 hours. If properties are missing, reinstall to re-trigger property creation.
Does it modify my contact data? It only writes the four freshness properties. Names, emails and other fields are never changed.
How do I remove it? Uninstall from Connected Apps. Data written to your portal stays in your portal.
